Dr. Valencia is a neonatologist at Miller’s Children’s and Women’s Hospital at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. He currently serves as Pediatric Residency NICU Coordinator, Assistant Clinical Professor at University of California at Irvine School of Medicine, and Chairperson of the NICU Committee for Continuous Quality Improvement. Dr. Valencia has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed scientific articles for medical publications, including the Journal of Investigative Medicine, the Journal of Pediatric Medicine, and Pediatrics.

Kay is Research Assistant Professor and Director of the Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Clinical and Translational Research Labs at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center. She is certified as a clinical trial designer and has written and published hundreds of articles in medical journals. Kay is a reviewer for Life Sciences, American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science.
Austin has more than 10 years' experience with content management systems, including an enterprise-wide launch of Vasont, LiveContent, XMetaL, and Acrolinx. Expertise in style sheets (DITA and DocBook), troubleshooting, and creation of plug-ins to extend system functionalities.
